These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text message (SMS) program operated by AKI Enterprises (“AKI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for our internal event staff. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
About This Program
Our SMS program is used solely to communicate with our event staff members during the week of our annual tournament. It is an internal, operational program — it is not a marketing program and is not directed at the general public or our customers. Participation is limited to staff members who have provided their mobile phone number in connection with their role.
SMS Program Terms
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from AKI Enterprises related to the coordination of our annual tournament event.
- Program description: Operational and logistical text messages for event staff (scheduling, coordination, and event-day communications).
- Message frequency: Messages are sent only during the week of our annual tournament (approximately a six- to seven-day span, once per year). Frequency may vary within that week based on event needs.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. AKI Enterprises is not responsible for these charges. Check with your carrier for details on your plan.
- To opt out: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may receive a single message confirming your opt-out.

- Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
This program is intended for AKI Enterprises staff members who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the mobile number provided.
Consent
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time as described above.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
